At Music Maniacs, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Please read the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

Because items are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

We strongly encourage customers to review size charts and product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process the request, please provide:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size due to a production mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue and send a replacement.
