Orders & Production

When will my order ship?

All Music Maniacs items are made to order. Once you place your order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Why are your products made to order?

We produce items through our print-on-demand partner Printify. This allows us to create unique designs while reducing waste and excess inventory.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Shipping times will vary by country.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

Because all Music Maniacs products are custom made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

What if my item is mis-sized due to production error?

If the item received does not match the size ordered due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for customer ordering mistakes. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size chart to help you find the best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own.

Are your shirts unisex?

Yes. Music Maniacs regularly releases new artwork, characters, and musician-inspired designs.
